• Shipping across India is free of charge for all orders over INR 1500. For orders less than INR 1500, there is a shipping charge of INR 150.
  • From the date of placing order, it would take take 10-14 working days for us to deliver your order. For some of the locations, the delivery time might be longer given the reach and accessibility of our delivery partners. If that is the case, we will promptly reach out to you and keep you updated on the timelines visa email.

Returns and Exchanges

  • For exchanges and returns, please email us at with your order number in the subject line and describe the problem with the ordered item.
  • Returns and exchange requests will be accepted only within 7 days of the order being delivered.
  • We are happy to exchange sizes if the ordered size does not fit you. Please note, customized sizes cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If you wish to return the ordered item, we will be happy to give you a one time store credit valid for 3 months. Please note, it will take 10-25 days from receiving your shipment to when the store credits appear in your account.
  • Refunds are entertained only if the piece delivered to you is damaged/ defective or is wrong. Refunds will be initiated through the same mode as the payment within 10 working days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will not account for the amount of the store credit voucher.
  • All pieces that are returned should be unworn and have the tags and labels intact.
  • Items on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Costs for shipping the item back to us for return will have to be borne by the customer. Venn will bear the cost of shipping the new item back.
  • We urge you to read the size guides, product descriptions and other details carefully before placing your orders.   • Venn reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.
